Information For Doctors

What Do I Do? I use Osteopathic Manual Therapy to make small adjustments to patient’s bodies that provide them with BIG results

What Is Osteopathy? A physical therapy that provides full body results through adjustments that consider the relationship between anatomy and physiology.

What Is Special About Osteopathy? The unique thing about Osteopathy is that the practitioner is looking to solve physical problems based on the location as well as the related anatomical structures and their physiological processes. Osteopathy relieves mechanical problems through the whole body so that physiological challenges are removed.

How Can I Help Your Practice? I can reduce the amount of non-urgent visits to your office by patients with musculo-skeletal concerns. With my skill set I will ensure that your patients are physically well so that you may focus on patients with more serious issues.

What Are Some Of My Success Stories? I have helped patients remove chronic and acute back pain, chronic knee pain, chronic hip pain, and chronic shoulder pain. I have helped patients reduce the frequency, intensity, and duration of migraine headaches. I have helped patients reduce acute inflammation. I have helped patients improve hip mobility, spinal mobility, shoulder mobility, as well as helping them improve their general quality of life. I have also helped patients return to their favorite activities such as walking, running, dancing, and playing various sports.

Have I Helped Any Special Cases? I have helped a patient with eating and psychological disorders that also has stage 4 cirrhosis of the liver. The patient presented with poor posture, back pain, poor rib mobility (especially surrounding the liver), and poor peripheral circulation. Through Osteopathic Manual Therapy my patient has improved posture, no back pain, improved rib mobility with minimal resistance to liver palpation, improved peripheral circulation (based on an improved cap refill test), as well as a subjective improvement in mood stability.
